MELINDRE
Para o dicionário, melindre significa a facilidade de se ofender. Uma pessoa melindrosa é aquela que se ofende e se magoa com facilidade. Aborrece- se com tudo e com todos, sem que haja grandes motivos para isto. Guarda ressentimento por longo tempo, pois enxerga maldade em todas as atitudes que contrariam seu modo de pensar ou agir. É incapaz de compreender, aceitar e perdoar as faltas dos seus semelhantes. Uma pessoa melindrosa não busca esclarecer os pontos obscuros de uma determinada situação, preferindo julgar-se injustiçada e incompreendida.
Ermance Dufaux, no livro Reforma Íntima sem Martírios, por Wanderley Oliveira, destaca que a “larga diferença vai entre a ofensa natural e o melindre, que é a reação neurótica às ofensas. Melindre é o estado afetivo doentio de fragilidade, que dilata a proporção e natureza das agressões que sofremos do meio. Pequenas atitudes ou delicadas situações são motivos suficientes para que o portador do melindre se agaste terrivelmente, fechando-se em corrosivo sistema de mágoa e decepção com os fatos e as pessoas que lhe foram motivo de incômodos e contrariedade. Assim, aumenta a intensidade do fato e desgasta-se afetivamente através de imaginações febris sobre a natureza das ocorrências que lhe afetaram.
Sabemos que a mágoa é o peso energético nascido das ofensas transportadas conosco dia após dia como se fosse um ‘colesterol da alma’, causando-nos males no corpo e no Espírito.
Sabemos também que a irritação é como se fosse dura martelada no sistema nervoso, levandonos ao interesse e perda energética. Então por que agasalhar semelhantes malefícios quando temos tanto esclarecimento? Compreendamos algo sobre os mecanismos da ofensa e da cólera para avaliarmos sobre as razões que nos inclinam para essa atitude de desamor, e, fazendo assim, procuremos, igualmente, através do melhor entendimento oferecer a nós próprios o corretivo, para os problemas de melindre e contrariedades do dia a dia.”
Portanto, devemos ter a consciência de que o melindre pode ser a porta que se fecha para nosso aprendizado no educandário da vida, pois aquele que se acha ofendido segue sem rumo em busca daquilo que deseja ouvir, vestindo o véu da ilusão e esquecendo-se dos ensinamentos transmitidos pela espiritualidade.
